I am a third-year DPhil in MML working on contemporary Czech, Slovak, and Russian women’s literature. My dissertation examines how women writers transformed pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood into sites of literary experimentation in the decades following the collapse of state socialism. I first joined OCCT as a Discussion Group Convenor in 2025 and look forward to another year with the DG.
